摘要
作者介绍了美国食源性疾病监测预警系统的主要手段、方法和特点,分析了我国食源性疾病监测中存在的差距,并提出应对措施。
Foodbome diseases surveillance system and its characteristics in the United States was briefly introduced and commented. The gap in this field of China was also discussed and a suggestion for improving foodbome diseases surveillance system in China was made.
