摘要
高校校园内食品卫生管理薄弱环节较多,食品污染隐患严重,是发生集体性食物中毒的高危场所。应采取危机管理的指导策略,深入研究集体性食物中毒的危机信号监测、危机模拟应对和危机处理预案等前瞻性的防控措施,从而构建有效的高校食物中毒危机防控体系。
There are some weaknesses on the management of food hygiene in colleges and universities, and the hidden trouble caused by food pollution is serious. The campus is a location in which collective food poisoning cases may take place. For buihing an effect preventing system, it is necessary to renew the conception of meeting an emergency, take crisis management policy, study crisis signal monitoring of collective food poisoning, and to develop crisis management counterplan.
