摘要 通过对导叶式旋风管的叶片参数、排尘结构和排气结构及分离空间高度的优化研究,开发出了新一代PDC型高效旋风管,其性能全面优于国内立管三旋现用的EPVC型旋风管和VER型旋风管。其单管气量可达2200~2400m’/h;效率高于EPVC型l~3个百分点,高于VER型约3~5个百分点;排尘口直径85mm,不会堵塞;操作弹性好,气量波动影响较小,不会窜流返混。工业应用表明三旋出口含尘浓度低于100mg/m‘,出口烟气内无大于10pm颗粒。 Based on the research on the guide-vane parameters, the configurations of the dust discharge and the exhaust tube, and the optimization of the separating space height of the guide-vaned cy clone tube, a new high-efficiency guide-vaned cyclone tube, named PDC type, was developed for third stage multicyclone separator and successfully used in FCC unit. It has the advantage in performance over EPVC and VER type cyclone tubes used in the domestic third stage multicyclone separators for FCC power recovery system. The commercial application showed that the dust concentrations were less than 100 mg/m3 and no particles were larger than 10 microns in the exhaust flue gas.
