Transfer of Technology and Research & Development for 800 kV GIS Switchgear

在引进消化日本AE-POWER公司800kVGIS设备技术的同时,新东北电气(沈阳)高压开关有限公司和韩国晓星公司组成联合体,共同为750kV输变电示范工程制造的800kVGIS目前已正式运行。文章介绍了该工程所用800kVGIS的基本结构、技术规范以及布置方案的选取。使用多种计算分析方法,如母线绝缘结构计算分析、断路器电场分析、断路器开断小电流后断口间介质恢复特性分析和绝缘件机械应力分析等验证了800kVGIS的可靠性。并对800kVGIS的主要特点进行了总结。

While introducing and digesting the technology of 800 kV GIS equipment from Japanese AE- POWER Company, New Northeast Electrical （Shenyeng） I-IV Switch Company and the Korean （Zhu） Xiaoxing Company composed the joint body, which get together to make the 800 kV GIS equipment for 750 kV power transmission ＆ transformation pilot project in Northwest Power Network. The paper introduced the basic structure, technical specification as well as the selection of arrangement scheme for 800 kV GIS of this project, The reliability of 800 kV GIS was verified by using various calculation and analysis methods, such as the calculation and analysis of bus insulation structure, the electric field analysis of circuit breaker, analysis of dielectric recovery property of circuit breaker after interruping a little current and mechanical stress analysis of insulating parts etc.. And the major cbaracteristics for 800 kV GIS are summarized.
