摘要
对金属茂聚烯烃（ＭＰＯ）的许多优良特性，如透明性、柔韧性、低温韧性和热塑性弹性体行为等进行了综述。通过与ＰＶＣ和Ｚｉｅｇｌｅｒ－Ｎａｔｔａ型聚烯烃的性能比较，表明ＭＰＯ能满足医用材料的要求。同时，对国外医用材料的最新进展进行了报道。
A new family of metallocene-based polyolefine (MPO) is evaluated. Many properties of MPO, including clarity, flexibility, low temperature ductility and thermoplastic elastomer behavior are emphasized. In comparison with the traditional materials, such as PVC or Ziegler-Natta type polyolefins, it is clear that MPO can satisfy many requirements in the application of medical industry. In addition, the newest developments in this field are also presented.
