摘要
采用甲乙酮－甲苯（ＭＥＫ－ＴＯＬ）脱蜡脱油和白土精制的方法，可由中压加氢改质（ＭＨＵＧ）尾油制取优质润滑油基础油和高收率的食品石蜡，脱蜡油也可做优质白油原料。介绍了ＭＨＵＧ尾油制取基础油和食品石蜡的工艺条件及产品质量，推荐了ＭＨＵＧ尾油的加工方案。将ＭＨＵＧ尾油大于３５８℃馏分作为酮苯脱蜡装置进料，可获６０ＳＮ、白油原料及４４号石蜡。小于３５８℃馏分的ＢＭＣＩ值为４．９，适于做乙烯原料。
Premium lubricant base oil and high yield food-grade wax can be manufactured from MHUG (Medium Pressure Hydro-Upgrading Process) tail oil through butanone-toluene dewaxing-deoiling followed by clay treating, and the dewaxed oil can be used as white oil stock. The processing scheme and conditions are recommended, and the product qualities are shown. The 60 SN base oil, white oil stock and 44 grade paraffin wax were obtained from the said dewaxing with 358℃ plus fraction of MHUG tail oil as feedstock. The 358 ℃ minus fraction with a BMCI value of 4. 9 was a suitable feedstock for ethylene plant.
