摘要 分析了2起10kV电磁式电压互感器(TV)爆炸的原因,提出了在2变电站分别采用更换开关特性优良的开关和加入一个特殊设计的第4TV的解决方案,满足了各自的运行要求。文章还阐述了中压电网中常见的过电压类型———操作过电压和铁磁谐振过电压的形成原因和发展机理,提出了几种行之有效的解决方案。 The explosive reasons for two 10 kV electromagnetic type voltage transformers (TV) were analyzed. The schemes for 2 substations to adopt the switch scheme and 4 TV scheme respectively were put forward. The paper elaborated the common over voltage type in medium voltage power network- the forming reason and developing mechanism for operating over voltage and ferro - resonance over voltage, and some kinds of effective solving scheme were presented.
