减小电力牵引中电机转矩脉动方法研究

摘要 在交流电力牵引中广泛采用传统的直接转矩控制,存在较大的转矩脉动(低速时尤为明显),对机车牵引性能产生不利影响。本文提出的基于预测控制的直接转矩空间矢量调制方法,能有效减少转矩脉动幅值50% 左右,极大改善交流异步电机牵引性能,实验结果证明有显著的工程应用价值。 In traditional DTC which is widely applied in AC traction, there exists comparative high torque ripple(more obvious in lower speed range), but this is not so effective to performance of locomotive traction. This paper carries out a DTC SVPWM method based on predictive control, it can reduce torque ripple at about 50%. This method improved AC motor's traction performance. Experiment shows that it has a valuable perspective in engineering.
