本文介绍了莱钢银山前区80t转炉自动控制系统的构成及控制方式。还介绍了转炉本体的倾炉控制、氧枪升降控制、安全联锁控制、煤气回收及汽化冷却等自动控制功能的设计和实现。
The article introduced the composition and control scheme of 80t revolving furnace auto control system in Laigang silver mountain ex- area. The inclined furnace control, risefall of oxygen lance control, safety interlock control, coal gas recycling, evaporation cooling and other auto control functions are also introduced.
