大功率绿激光照射联合丝裂蒽醌膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎

Bladder instillation of mitoxantrone combining with High-Power Green-laser in treatment of cystitis glandularis

目的探讨大功率绿激光照射联合丝裂蒽醌膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法和疗效。方法应用抗感染,大功率绿激光照射以及丝裂蒽醌膀胱内灌注等治疗手段,对85例腺性膀胱炎患者采取随机分组治疗的临床试验。结果85例患者随访6～24个月,平均随访12个月,其中治疗组治愈27例,好转17例,复发4例,有效率为91.7%;对照组治愈6例,好转16例,复发15例,有效率为59.5%。结论大功率绿激光照射联合丝裂蒽醌膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效满意,值得推广。

[Objective] To evaluate the method and result of bladder instillation of mitoxantrone combining with High-Power Green-laser in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. [Methods] 85 cases of cystitis glandularis were treated with anti-infection therapy, high-power green-laser and bladder instillation of mitoxantrone. [Results] 85 cases of cystitis glandularis were divide into two groups. All cases were followed up for 6-24 mouths and the average time was 12 mouths. The efficacious rate of treatment was 91.7% in one group, 59.5% in another group. The result of treating with blatter instillation of mitoxantrone combining plus High-Power Green-laser in the treatment of cystitis glandularis were better than those of treating with anti-infection therapy plus transurethral electroresection. [Conclusions] It has been demonstrated that bladder instillation of mitoxantrone combining with High-Power Green-laser in the treatment of cystitis glandularis is provided with advantages of high effect. It will be performed in clinical patients.
