腰部直切口离断肾盂成形术(附38例报告)

Dismembered pyeloplasty with vertical lumbotomy (report of 38 cases)

目的介绍腰部直切口离断的肾盂成形术。方法对38例肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄作腰部直切口离断的肾盂成形术。结果38例病人均获随访,随访时间平均3(1～6)a。随访病人中,35例肾盂肾盏积水明显减少,肾功能改善。肾盂肾盏积水及肾功能无明显改善者2例,其中1例术后出现较严重腰背部疼痛,于术后5个月作患肾切除。结论腰部直切口离断的肾盂成形术操作简单,创伤小,结果满意。

[Objective] To introduce the dismembered pyeloplasty with vertical lumbotomy for obstruction of ureteropelvic junction（UPJ）. [Method] 38 patients of obstruction of UPJ were performed with dismembering peyloplasry with vertical lumbotomy. The surgical procedures were discussed in detail. [Results] 38 cases had been followed up for 1 year to 6 years （average 3.5 years）. Improvement of the renal function were found in 35 cases patients, and the renal function had not changed in 2 cases patients. Only 1 patients got worse renal function, and the kidneys were removed after 5 month. [ Conclusion] Dismembered pyeloplasty with vertical lumbotomy is a minimal invasive surgery and effective for treatment of UPJ obstruction.
