On the Implementation of 'the Atmospheric Pollutant Preventim and Harnessing Law'

我国为保护大气特制定并重新修改了《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》。但是在执行中，由于一些问题未能很好地贯彻。本文针对这一情况进行了讨论。

Abstract The atmospheric pollutant prevention and harnessing law' of the PRCwas made and amended for protecting air from pallution. Existing problems in carrying aut the law were discussed and the way to deal with the situation was suggested. Bnt it did not carry out well.
