摘要 用常见污垢成分CaCO3配制的饱和溶液及恒加热流率法,研究了轧槽管和光管在相同工况下的抗垢性能与管参数和操作条件的关系。研究发现,管参数和操作条件对结垢过程有不同程度的影响,而流体流速和传热表面温度对结垢过程的影响较大。在机理和实验结果分析的基础上建立了半理论经验关联式,用其可较好地预测轧槽管结垢的趋势。所有轧槽管的抗垢性能十分接近,且略好于光管的抗垢性能。管参数相同时,其抗垢性顺序为:螺旋槽管>异型螺旋槽管>横纹管。 Abstract CaCO3 is the common component of industrial scale in heat exchangers.We used saturated CaCO3 solution as the working fluid to find the anti-fouling characteristics of 3 different corrugated tubes at the same operating conditions and compared with smooth tube as control. The tube parameters and operation conditions affected the fouling deposit at some extent. The velocity of fluid and the temperature of heat transfer surface governed the fouling deposit rate. A semi-theory model was developed on the basis of experimental result and could predict the rate of the fouling in corrugated tubes. All of the corrugated tube have better anti-fouling characteristic than that of the smooth tube. The order of anti-fouling ability is spiral, spiral II and transverse corrugated tube at the same tube parameters.
