摘要
借助ANSYS软件显式动力模块建立了短芯棒拔制三维有限元模型,动态模拟了拔制的整个过程,根据三维有限元钢管的轴向应力分布规律分析了实际生产中产生震纹的成因,芯棒的位置不断变化是产生振纹的最主要因素。文中并就拉杆刚度、拉拔速度对芯棒位置变化的影响进行了进一步研究,所得到的结果可为消除抖纹提供参考。
3D finite element model of tube plug drawing was established to simulate the whole dynamical process of drawing using explicit dynamic module of ANSYS. The mechanisms causing oscillation mark on tube surface in production were analyzed based on the axial stress distribution from finite element analysis. Variation of plug position is the main factor producing oscillation mark. Further research was carried out to study the influence of draw link stiffness and drawing speed on variation of plug position. The results provide reference for eliminating oscillation mark.
