摘要
为了提高某所1J85合金的磁性能,分别针对厚度(0.10 mm和0.35 mm)的合金带,采用不同的最终退火制度进行了改进研究。研究结果显示,对0.1 mm的1J85合金带,最终退火制度中增加1 200℃高温退火时间至5 h及采用500℃二次中温退火1 h,然后快速冷却到300℃拉出炉体的工艺制度,对磁导率的提高较显著,可以将μ0.08提高到188 000(炉号647)。可以将μm提高到637 000(炉号629)。对厚度为0.35 mm的1J85合金带的对比结果显示,采用600℃后快速冷却及500℃通H2二次退火1 h对初始磁导率μ0.08的影响效果显著,可以将μ0.08提高到134 000。
In order to improve the magnetic properties of 1J85 alloys, different thickness strips (0.1 mm and 0, 35mm) were annealed respectively by different treatments. For 0.1 mm 1J85 alloy strip, the results showed that the magnetic properties of 1J85 alloys can be greatly increased when using 1 200℃ annealing treatment with five hours holding time and the secondary tempering at 500 ℃ for an hour, then being rapidly cooled to 300 ℃ The μ0.08 can reach to 188 000 (No. 647) and μmax to 637 000 (No. 629), For 0.35 mm strip, the results showed that the initial magnetic permeability μ0.08 of 1J85 alloys can be obviously enhanced using the treatment method as follows; rapidly cooling after 600℃, the secondary tempering at 500℃ for an hour and subsequently rapidly cooling to 300℃, The μ0.08 can be profoundly improved to 134 000.
