维生素C对人全血红细胞的抗氧化保护作用 被引量:16

摘要 为了研究维生素C(vitaminC)对全血中红细胞的抗氧化保护作用,将维生素C作为血液保存添加剂,加入盛有无偿献血者静脉血的塑料血袋中(含CPA抗凝液),在25℃条件下,以红细胞ATP酶活性,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性,血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆K+离子含量等作为指标,观察维生素C对全血红细胞保护的抗氧化作用。结果表明:全血中加入维生素C之后,ATP和SOD活性在保存期内均高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA和血浆R+浓度的动态变化均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),超氧化物自由基浓度低于对照组(30%),pH下降速度低于对照组。结论:维生素C对提高红细胞ATP酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性,降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、血浆K+离子含量和血浆中的超氧自由基浓度等方面均有良好的作用。 In order to investigate the effect of antioxidants on human blood, vitamin C was selected and added into plastic blood storage bags with CPD, and stored at 25℃. During 6 days of storage, some indexes as ATP,SOD,MDA, K^+ concentration and superoxide radicals were detected and were compared with control goup, The results showed that ATP and SOD activity in whole blood with vitamin C during 6 days of storage was higher then that in control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), the MDA and plasma K^+ concentrations in stored whole blood with vitamin C during 6 days of storage were lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), the superoxide radical concentrations in stored whole blood with vitamin C decreased lower than that in control group (30%). The conclution was made that vitamin C increases activities of ATP and SOD, decreases concentrations of MDA, plasma K^+ and superoxide radicals during blood preservation.
