摘要
利用界面铺张—硝酸银染色技术,对树鼩精母细胞联会复合体进行了电镜观察。结果表明,常染色体联会复合体的相对长度和着丝点指数与体细胞染色体的相应参数具有很好的吻合性。性染色体联会复合体的形态和行为与灵长类的十分相似,并对此进行了比较和讨论。
Using surface spreading-silver staining technique, the synaplonemal complexes (SCs) in spermatocytcs of the tree shrew were observed by electron microscopy. It is shown that the mean relative lengths and ccntromeric indices of autosomal SCs agree closely with those of mitotic chromosomes. Comparisions of the morphology and the pairing of sex chromosomes during meiotic prophasc between the tree shrew and other primates are made and discussed in this paper.
