摘要
以磷钨 ,硅钨杂多酸为固体催化剂 ,由对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇制备对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 ,讨论了催化酯化的各种影响因素。与浓硫酸 ,Fe2 ( SO4) 3· x H2 O等催化剂相比 ,用量少 ,反应时间短 ,产率高 ,无需后处理。此法同样可制备对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 。
Synthesis of hydroxybenzoic ether with phosphotungstic and silicotungstic acid catalysts was studied and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The experimental results indicated that, in comparison with other catalysts such as H 2SO 4, Fe 2(SO 4) 3·xH 2O etc, the hetropoly acid catalysts showed shorter reaction time, higher yield of endproduct, less quantity of catalyst used, and the posttreating was unnecessary. But the yield of esters of low boiling point alcohols, i.e. methanol and ethanol, were lower.
