摘要
在 Φ32 mm× 2 mm长 70 0 mm的单管反应器中 ,研究了以 x Cr2 O3· WO3为催化剂 ,在预热和导热油温度 2 2 5~ 30 0℃下 ,环氧丙烷异构化制丙醛的工艺操作条件。环氧丙烷转化率大于 99% ,丙醛分析得率为 85%~ 88% ,同时测定了床层内的温度分布和热点 ,表征了催化剂的失活速率。
The process conditions for prepared propionaldehyde from catalytic isomerization of propylene oxide were studied under the temperature of preheat and conductor oil are 225~300 ℃ and xCr 2O 3·WO 3 as catalysts in the single tube reactor (sized 32 mm×2 mm, length 700 mm). The conversion ratio of propylene oxide is over 99% and yield of propionaldehyde is 85%~88% by analysis of product. The temperature distribution and heat point of the bed have been deternlined and the deactivate rate of the catalyst also has been expressed. The result could provide a basis for producing propionaldehyde in the plant.
