摘要 简要介绍286kW二冲程整体式燃气摩托压缩机的研制过程。着重分析在134kW动力缸单缸试验中,不同点火提前角和不同扫气室容积对动力缸性能的影响,以及动力缸在不同负荷下的工作情况。另外,还介绍了该机的设计特点,主要结构设计的改进以及整机性能测试和可靠试验的概况。 The development process of integral combustion gas motor compressor with two-stroke of 286 kW is introduced. The inflence of various ignition advance angles and the various capacities of gas scavenge chambers on the performance of power cylinder and the working situation of power cylinder with various charge in a single cylinder test of 134 kW power sylinder are emphatically analysed. Moreover,the design characteristics, the improvement of main structure design, the performance measurement and the general situation of a reliability test are also presented.
