摘要
Nd-Fe-B铸锭组织对于制造热变形Nd-Fe-B永磁材料具有重要的影响.采用型号为ZEISS 25CA的金相显微镜和型号为KYKY 1000B的扫描电镜对铸造热变形Nd-Fe-B永磁合金的铸锭组织进行了研究.结果表明,通过改进冷却方式,Nd2Fe14B晶粒明显细化;固溶处理可以消除-αFe.为进一步改进Nd-Fe-B铸锭的生产工艺进而最终获得高性能的热变形Nd-Fe-B永磁体提供了理论依据.
The microstructure of Nd-Fe-B ingot has great effect on producing hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials. The microstructure of Nd-Fe-B ingot for hot-deformed cast of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloys was studied by ZEISS- 25CA metmUographic microscope and KYKY- 1000B scanning electronic microscope. Restdts show that the Nd2Fe14B grains are clearly refmed by improving the cooling method and α-Fe is eliminated after solid solution annealing treatment. It can probably provide theoretical references for the further improvement on the process of founding Nd-Fe-B ingot in order to obtain the high performance hot-deform..ed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets.
