冷轧及退火工艺对包钢CSP薄板织构演变的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对包钢CSP热轧板进行了冷轧及退火,利用显微镜观察了试样的织构蚀坑,并进行了硬度测试.结果表明,对于同一试样,在1/4厚度处的{111}织构明显比1/2厚度处的多,且在1/2厚度处{100}织构有明显的增加;当退火工艺与试样厚度位置等条件都相同时,试样的{111}/{100}织构的线密度比值随冷轧压下率增大先上升后下降,在67%时达到最大值,与有利{111}织构组分变化相同;压下率相同时,保温时间越长,线密度{111}/{100}的值越大,有利织构组分越大,从而深冲性能越好. Cold-rolled process and annealing process were studied for Baotou Iron and steel (Group)Co. on its CSP hot-rolled sheet with four different cold-rolled (50% ,62.5% ,67% ,80% ) reduction rate and two different annealing processes in furnace. By using microscope,the pit etching textures were observed and the hardness value of the samples were measured.The result shows that the favorable texture { 111} was influenced by thickness of the same sample. The amount of{ 111} texture of samples at the quarter thickness was more than that of half thickness and its proportion was increased apparently. Under the same annealing process and the same thickness condition, the line density value of { 111}/{ 100} texture was increased at first and then decreased with increasing the cold-rolling reduction rate. At the rate of 67 %, the maximum as well as the regularity of change in { 111}texture were picked up.The longer the isothermal time was,the bigger the value of { 111 }/{100} texture was, together with larger proportion of the favorable texture at the same cold-rolling reduction rate.
