摘要
介绍了蚀坑的形成机理、试样制备,并用蚀坑法检测了包钢CSP条件下冷轧低碳深冲钢板的退火织构.结果表明,试样不同厚度处的织构组分不同;本实验中退火温度为700℃,保温时间为30 min为最佳退火工艺.
The formation mechanism of the pit-etching and the preparation of sample were introduced and the annealing texture of the sample was evaluated by means of the pit-etching. The sample was cut from the cold rolling low carbon deep drawing steel sheet after the different an- nealing process. The result shows that the texture composition is different with the difference in thickness, and the ideal annealing process is that the annealing temperature is 700 ~C and the holding time is 30 minutes in the experiment.
