窄谱UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 为观察窄波UVB治疗银屑病的疗效及安全性.对96例寻常型银屑病患者按不同的皮肤类型给初始量为0.5～0.7 J/cm2紫外线照射,每周2次,逐渐增加剂量待皮损消退达90%以上后,逐渐减少照射剂量和次数.结果:治疗2～4周开始出现疗效,随治疗时间延长疗效逐渐提高,12周结束评价疗效:痊愈39.58%,显效45.83%,有效率为85.41%.无严重并发症发生.窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病效果满意,具有较高的安全性.
