摘要
目的根据安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)患者X线头颅侧位片的特征,对其进行亚类分析,并初步探索安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)的数字化图形诊断模板.方法应用聚类分析将200名12-16岁安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)患者治疗前的X线头颅侧位片进行分类,进而根据各个亚类的特征点坐标均值由计算机绘制数字化图形诊断模板.结果(1)安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)根据治疗前X线头颅侧位片的测量值可分为15个亚类,其总判别准确率为93.3%;(2)每一亚类的X线头颅侧位片都有一定的特征;(3)对各亚类X线头颅侧位片的特征点坐标值进行平均,可以得到其坐标数据库;(4)由计算机进行绘图,形成数字化图形诊断模板.结论安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)可以根据其X线头颅侧位片的特征进一步分类,并能够通过计算机形成代表安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)各亚类特征的数字化图形诊断模板.
Objective To analyze the characters of X-ray lateral radiographic films with Angle' Ⅰ malocclusion and explore the digital diagnostic templates for them. Methods 200 pretreatment X-ray lateral radiographic films of patients (age, 12-16) with Angle' I malocclusion were classified by cluster analysis, and then, with the help of computer, the digital diagnostic templates could be made based on the mean coordinates of the characteristic points of each subgroup. Results (1) 15 subgroups were identified according to the characteristics of the chosen films with the total differentiate rate of 93. 3% (2) Each subgroup had its respective characters. (3) The database of the mean coordinates of each subgroup's characteristic points could be formed. (4) The digital diagnostic template of each subgroup could be made by computers applying this database. Conclusion The Angle' Ⅰ malocclusion could be classified further by the cluster analysis, and the representative digital diagnostic templates were made by computers.
