摘要
论述了用EDTA容量法测定贮氢合金中镍的方法.对影响测定的因素进行了试验.试验结果表明:当贮氢合金中镍含量为54%~55%时,用NH_4OH定量分离Mm、Mn和Al,用H_2O_2完全氧化Co^(2+),用三乙醇胺隐蔽其它杂质,此方法回收率为99.3%~100.5%,湘对标准偏差不超过±0.4%.
Method to determine nickel in hydrogen storage alloy by using ethylene diaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) volumetric analysis method is described. The effects of various factors on determination have been tested. Test results show: that using ammonium hydroxide to quantitatively separate rare earth, manganese, aluminum from nickel, also hydrogen peroxide to completely oxidize cobalt ion and triethanolamine to chelate other impurities, when nickel content in hydrogen storage alloy is between 54% to 55% , the reclaiming rate of the method is between 99. 3% to 100. 5% .relative standard error less than+0. 4%.
