摘要
本研究采用激光诱导自体荧光诊断系统对30例大肠癌组织标本荧光光谱随机信号进行采集,并基于M atlab软件,通过功率谱法和神经网络感知器法,进行信号处理及自动诊断分类,获得了较好的临床诊断敏感性和特异性,为大肠癌自体荧光光谱智能诊断系统的开发打下坚实的基础。
The researches reported in this article are focused on the autofluoreseent signal collection of colorectal tissues by laser induced autofluorescent diagnostic system, and on the signal processing by power spectra and networks methods, Pretty good clinical diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are acquired, These may serve as a foundation on which to develop a system for diagnosis of colorecal cancer.
