基于多普勒超声成像二尖瓣返流评价方法的研究进展

摘要 二尖瓣返流是心脏疾病最主要的发病之一。随着现代医疗技术的发展,瓣膜修复和瓣膜置换手术的成功率显著提高,术前检查变得尤为重要,需要准确地对二尖瓣返流严重程度进行评价,以确定相应的治疗方案。本文回顾了近年来对于二尖瓣返流的测量方法,讨论了各种方法的适用范围和优缺点,和基于超声多普勒图像三维重建的二尖瓣返流定量评价方法的前景。 Mitral regurgitation is one of the most serious heart diseases. With the development of up-to-date medical technictues, the ratio of successful operations in valvular repair and valvular replacement has been largely improved. Examinations before operation become extremely crucial. Accurate method is required in assessing the degree of mitral regurgitation to set down the corresponding treatment method. This paper reviews the evaluation methods of mitral valvular regurgitation provided in these years and presents comments on the application areas as well as the merits and disadvantages of those methods. Finally, the prospect of the method based on threedimensional Doppler ultrasonographic imaging on mitral regurgitation is discussed.
