摘要 和安慰剂治疗及同系非糖尿病LETO大鼠比较,胰升糖素样肽1拟似物exendin-4能降低天然2型糖尿病模型OLETF大鼠的食量和体重,改善β细胞功能和葡萄糖负荷能力,恢复早期时相胰岛素分泌。 Exendin-4 treatment decreased the amount of food intake and body weight, improved β-cell function and glucose tolerance, and restored early-phase insulin secretion in OLETF rats of spontaneous type 2 diabetes model, compared with placebo treatment of diabetic OLETF and with non-diabetic inbreed of LETO rats.
