摘要
对糖耐量正常的280例2型糖尿病一级亲属和114例先证者配偶或其同胞配偶(对照组)代谢综合征(MS)的主要组分进行因子分析,发现胰岛素抵抗可能不是糖耐量正常的T2DM一级亲属MS的惟一发病原因。
Carried out was factor analysis of metabolic syndrome in 280 normoglycemic first- degree relatives of individuals with type 2 diabetes and 114 subjects of their spouses as control. The finding of the study suggests insulin resistance may not be the only contributor to metabolic syndrome in nomoglycemic first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetics .
