摘要
目的探讨端粒酶逆转录酶(telomerasereversetranscriptase,TERT)和细胞周期素cyclinD1的表达与胎儿心肌细胞增殖、分化的关系。方法应用S-P免疫组化方法分别对不同月份的胎儿心肌细胞TERT和cyclinD1蛋白表达进行检测。结果胎儿左心室心肌细胞核中TERT和cyclinD1的表达随月份的增长而减少。结论TERT和cyclinD1表达下调可能促使部分细胞永久地退出细胞周期而进入终末分化。
Objective To investigate protein expression of telomerase reverse trtmseriptase (TERT) and cyclin D1 in human fetal cadiacmyocytes. Methods Using immunohistochemical method, sections of human fetal hearts were stained with antibodies against telomerase reverse transcriptase and cyclin D1. Results Expression of telomerase reverse transeriptase and cyclin D1 was gradually reduced with development in human fetal cadiacmyocytes. Conclusion Down regulation of telomerase reverse transcriptase and cyclin D1 may promote the permanent withdrawal of cardiomyocytes from the cell cycle and enter terminal differentiation.
