摘要 目的通过分析我国健康青年女性体成份和骨密度(BMD),探讨骨密度的影响因素,为骨质疏松的预防、诊断、治疗提供科学依据。方法应用DEXA测定了176例年龄为16~24岁健康青年女性的体成份、全身及腰椎和前臂的骨密度(BMD)。结果研究对象年龄、身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)平均值分别为19.7岁、160.6cm、55.3kg和21.4kgm2;全身骨矿物含量(BMC)和BMD平均值分别为2278±299g和1.12±0.069gcm2,随年龄的增加呈增加趋势,但无统计学差异;相关分析显示,身高、总体重、BMI、瘦体重、体脂含量及体脂百分比均与BMC和BMD呈显著正相关,按其相关性大小排序为:总体重>BMI>体脂百分比>瘦体重。结论总体重可能是影响女性骨骼健康的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship among body components, bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD) in healthy young female and the influence factors of BMD, to provide the evidence for prevention, diagonsis and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Body components, whole bone density, and bone density of arm and lumbar vertebrae in 176 healthy young females aged 16 - 24 were measured by duel energy X-ray absorptiometry,Results The means age, height, weight and BMI in all subjects were 19.7years, 160.6 cm, 55.3 kg and 21.4 kg/m^2, respectively. BMC and BMD were (2278 ± 299) g and ( 1.12 ± 0.069) g/cm^2, respectively, which was slightly increased with age without significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Significant positive corrleation was shown among BMC, BMD, height, total body weight, BMI, lean body mass and body fat percentage. The rank of correlation coefficients were total body weight, BMI, body fat percentage and lean body mass. Conclusions Total body weight may be the main factor influencing the bone density in females.
