FDG/PET has widely used in clinical practice. Absolute quantification analysis of FDG/ PET is the basis for providing precise diagnostic information and evaluation of response to therapy. Absolute quantification analysis requires three compartment model and input function obtained from direct artery sampling of the blood or others. Lumped constant is the important parameter for the measurement of metabolic rate and is affected by many factors. Currently, the absolution quantification of FDG still remains further study
