摘要
利用非均匀形核法制备了铜包覆纳米SiC复合粉体,通过XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM等手段对复合粉体进行了微观测试和表征。结果表明:纳米SiC颗粒表面的铜包覆层均匀、连续,铜晶粒平均粒径约38 nm,部分氧化成Cu2O,氧化率为11.54%。用质量分数为0.5%的PEG-20000作为分散剂,能有效地分散纳米SiC颗粒,并阻止包覆在纳米SiC颗粒表面的铜晶粒过度长大。
The nano SiC particles coated by Cu layer were prepared by the heterogeneous nucleation method. The microstructure and morphology of the composites were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM The Cu layer coated on nano SiC particles was uniform and continuous. The average diameter of Cu crystallites was about 38 nm. The Cu crystallites were partly oxidized into Cu20 with the oxidation rate being 11. 54%. By using polyethylene glycol(PEG)-20000 as dispersant agent, nano SiC particles were effectively dispersed, and the Cu crystallites were prevented from growing exceedingly.
