摘要 目的探讨高频超声在颅脑手术中的应用价值.方法对46例不同病种的颅脑手术开颅后,采用7.5~10.0 MHz的高频探头对颅脑囊、实性病变及出血进行性质鉴别、定位,判别大小等.结果46例患者,超声诊断颅内占位性病变35例,颅脑外伤及脑出血11例.结论高频超声对颅脑占位性病变等能准确定位,鉴别性质,指导切除,在颅脑手术中具有较大的应用价值. Objective To evaluate the value of intraoperative high - frequency ultrasound in neurosttrgery. Methods High - frequency ultrasound probe was used to find brain lesion after craniotomy in forty - six patients, including the differential kinds, localization and dimension. Results Thirty - five intracranial space occupying lesions and eleven haemorrhage of the brain were diagnosised by high- frequency ultrasound. Conclusion High - frequency ultrasound is accurate at the differential lesions, localization and resection degree, which is very helpful in neurosurgery.
