摘要
简介了高强度、大口径石油套管接箍机械加工工艺,以及测量接箍变形的方法;讨论了从材料热处理工艺带来的残余应力、外径壁厚偏差、切削用量、工件的装夹方式、机械物理性能、化学成分等对接箍加工变形的影响。试验研究结果表明,攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司的Φ339.7 P110 BC石油套管接箍的加工生产,通过不断改进工艺,已有效地减小接箍加工变形。
Described here in the paper are the processing technology of high-strength, large-sized casing coupling, and the methods used to measure coupling deformation; Also discussed are the factors responsible for the coupling deformation during machining such as residual stress resulting from relevant heat treatment, O- D. and W.T. deviations, machining allowance, workpiece clamping method, mechanical/physical properties and chemical composition etc. The result of the research has brought about the conclusion that thanks to the continual improvement of the processing technology for the φ 339.7 P110 BC casing coupling , Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. has succeeded in reducing coupling deformation considerably during machining.
