摘要
介绍了攀成钢公司大电炉LF炉生产管坯钢的精炼技术的特点.通过采用造高碱度的白渣,提高熔渣的脱氧、脱硫能力,可获得硫含量低于0.003%的钢液,并喂入0.4～.6 kg/t的硅钙线,促进夹杂物变性,从而降低钢中夹杂物含量.
The technology of producing billet steel in LF is presented in this paper. To use high basicity white slag has ability to increase desoxydation and desulphurization. The sulphur content less than 0.03 % is obtained in liquid steel in LF, The wires of 0.4-0.6 kg/t calcium-silicon is fed into liquid steel in LF, promotes inclusion floating off, prevent tundish nozzle from jaming.
