摘要
线材厂在新品开发过程中对不能满足生产需要的800飞剪采用新技术进行改造:电器采用变频调速技术;机械方面对减速机传动比进行相应调整,在减速机高速轴上增加飞轮。
Described here in the article is the technical modification of the φ800 flying shear in the wire rod-rolling plant which could not meet the need of production during the new product research & development. Some state-of-the-art techniques are employed for the said modification, including frequency control of motor speed, relevant adjustment of gear ratio of the gear reducer as well as adding a flying wheel onto the input shaft of the reducer, etc..
