摘要 综述有关细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的结构特征、分布和生物学功能,以及ICAM-1对脑、心脏、皮肤损伤反应的研究文献,为其在法医学领域的应用研究提供参考资料。 The article summarizes the molecular structure, distribution and biological function of intercellular adhesion molecular - 1 ( ICAM - 1 ) and literatures on its response to the injuries of the brain, heart and skin, which may provide a reference to the studies on ICAM - 1 in the field of forensic medicine.
