摘要 目的:探讨磁共振动态扫描对肾脏功能的诊断价值。方法:对10例健康志愿者进行肾脏MR动态扫描,所得正常的肾脏MR时间-密度曲线即MR肾图与标准的正常同位素肾图进行对照。对20例肾脏疾病患者分别进行肾脏动态MR检查及同位素检查,所得的MR肾图与同位素肾图进行对照。MR扫描前病人口服500ml水以补充水分,并排空膀胱减少检查过程中的不适。扫描步骤为先进行横断面SE序列的T1W、T2W扫描。进行MR肾图检查的动态扫描序列为快速扰相位低反转角梯度回波(SPGR)序列,造影剂为轧喷替葡甲胺(Gd-DTPA),0.1mmolkg。将整个肾脏作为感兴趣区(ROI),得到肾脏的时间-密度曲线。结果:MR肾图与同位素肾图类似。结论:肾脏磁共振动态扫描能产生类似与同位素肾图的MR肾图,对判断肾功能有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR dynamic serial images in renal function. Materials and Methods: MR dynamie serial images were perfnrmed in 10 heahhy volunteers. Renal time-intensity curve(MR renogram) was calculated from dvaamic MR image sets. MR renngram of each normal person was correlated with standard normal radionuclide renography. MR dynamic serial images and radionuclide renography were performed in 20 patients. MR renogram of each patient was correlated with radionuclide renngraphy, Before the examination, patients were given 500ml of water orally to ensure adequate hwtration. Patients were asked to void to prevent discomfort in the examination. The study began with axial T1W and T2W SE sequences for better visualization of the renal hilum. MR dynamic serial images were obtained using a spoiled gradient-echn fast low-angle shot sequence(SPGR). Gd-DTPA(0.1mmol/kg of body weight) was administered. Intensitytinge curves were obtained from the manually selected regions of interest over the whole kidney for assessment of renal funetion. Results: MR renogram was similar to radinnuclide renography. Conclusion: MR dynamic serial images can produce an intensity-time curve in a way similar to that of radionuclide renography. It is useful in the assessment of renal function.
