新型造影剂过氧化碳酰胺声学造影对输卵管阻塞的诊断价值

The value of a contrast agent carbamide peroxide(CP) for ultrasonographic diagnosis of fallopian tubal obstruction

目的:评价新型造影剂注射用过氧化碳酰胺声学造影对输卵管阻塞的诊断价值。方法:选择不孕症妇女93例,采用注射用过氧化碳酰胺为造影剂,行经阴道超声引导下输卵管声学造影术,其中30例行腹腔镜检查。结果:双侧输卵管通畅39例,部分通畅35例,输卵管阻塞19例。注射用过氧化碳酰胺造影诊断的敏感性为84.6%,特异性为94.1%,阳性预测值为91.7%,阴性预测值为88.9%。结论:注射用过氧化碳酰胺声学造影可作为一种评价输卵管通畅性的有效方法。

Objective： To assess the value of SSG with the new contrast agent（PDCP） in the diagnosis of tubal obstruction. Methods： Ninty-three eases of infertility underwent SSG-CP by transvaginal ultrasonography. The laparoscopy were perfomed in 39 cases. Results： Both sides of fallopian tube were passed in 39 cases. There are 35 cases were able to pass in one side with the other side partially pass or impossible to pass. Nineteen cases it was unable to pass on both sides. PDCP had a sensitivity of 84.6%. a specificity of 94.1%. a positive predictive value of 91.7% and a negative predictive value of 88.9%. Conclusions： SSG-PDCP is an effective method in the diagnosis of tubal patency.
