早期不扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗“漂浮膝”21例分析 被引量：3

Early treatment of floating knee with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail

摘要 [目的]观察和评价早期治疗'漂浮膝'的效果和价值.[方法]采用早期不扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗,术后不加外固定,早期功能锻炼.[结果]随访12～18个月,平均14个月,骨折愈合平均时间为20(16～32)周,随访中未发生内固定失效.采用Karlstrom疗效标准判断,总优良率为100%.[结论]早期应用不扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗'漂浮膝'创伤小、出血少,有利于肢体和全身症状的改善,膝关节功能恢复满意.
