自体骨泥混入骨膜碎片修复肿瘤及瘤样病变骨缺损

Repairing bone defect due to tumor and tumor-like lesion with mixture of autogenous periosteous pieces and crushed bones

目的探讨自体骨泥混入骨膜碎片修复肿瘤及瘤样病变骨缺损的疗效.方法对18例骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者行病灶刮除,自体骨泥混入骨膜碎片修复骨缺损.结果经8～38个月随访,X线片显示成骨良好,骨缺损完全修复,肢体无畸形,功能基本恢复正常.结论自体骨泥混入骨膜碎片修复肿瘤及瘤样病变骨缺损效果满意,是一种值得研究的新方法.

Objective To evaluate the resuhs of repairing bone defect due to tumor and tumor-like lesion with mixture of autogenous periosteous pieces and crushed bones, Methods 18 cases were treated with this method. The mixture of autogenous periosteous pieces and crushed bones were implanted into the bone defect after curettage of the focus. Results All the cases were followed up from 8 to 38 months. X-ray films showed that osteogenesis developed well and that enveloped bone defects had been repaired. Conclusions It is a new method that repairing bone defect due to tumor and tumor-like lesion with mixture of autogenous periosteous pieces and crushed bones, This method is valuable for further studing,
