旋转垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折的手术治疗

Surgical treatment for rotationally and vertically unstable pelvis fracture

目的探讨旋转垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折手术治疗的临床疗效.方法对34例旋转垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折行前侧入路切开复位内固定.结果 3例失访,2例死于多器官功能衰竭,29例术后获随访1～5年(平均3年),骨折均愈合.无骨盆畸形愈合、腰骶部疼痛、下肢不等长等并发症.结论旋转垂直不稳定型骨盆骨折前侧入路切开复位内固定效果满意,有很好的应用前景.

Objective To study the clinical results of surgery for rotationallv and vertically unstable peMs fracture. Methods 34 patients with rotationally and vertically unstable pelvis fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through anterior approach. Results 3 were lost to follow-up, 2 died for MSOF, and 29 were followed up for 3 （ range 1 - 5） vears and got union. No pelvic malunion, low back pain or leg length discrepancy was found. Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation of rotationally and vertically unstable pelvis fracture through anterior approach can result in a satisfactory outcome, which has a good prospect.
