摘要
目的:探讨心脏病外科治疗后再次手术治疗的原因、手术指征、手术时机和方法。方法:回顾分析了我院的16例心脏再次手术病例,8例行瓣膜置换术,7例行残余漏修补术,1例三尖瓣下移畸形纠正术。结果:2例死亡,1例在进胸时出现心脏损伤大出血。结论:再次心脏手术的原因多见于室缺残余漏和再次换瓣,再次手术风险大,应对危险因素,手术指针综合分析,评估。注意防止术中出血和意外损伤。
Objective ：To investigate the common causes of re -operation for cardiac disease and explore the suitable time ,indication and method of re - operation. Methods ： The medical records of 16 cases of re - operation were reviewed and analyzed. 7 cases were re -operated for residual shunt ;8 patients under went valves replacement for previous valve disorder. 1 case was operated for correction of Ebstein＇s anomaly . Results- 2 patients died . 1 patient had heart injury at the chest openning. Conclusions： The main causes of re - operation were correction of residual shunt and valves replacement for previous valve disorder. The risk for re - operation is high, so pre - operative evaluation, operative indication , prevention of heart injury are very important for a successful re - operation.
