摘要
目的:探讨贫铀污染对大鼠皮层及海马结构SS阳性神经元的影响。方法:采用不同剂量贫铀颗粒气管灌注大鼠3个月后,观察大鼠皮层及海马结构各区SS阳性神经元形态和数目的变化情况。结果:DU 1 mg组、DU 3 mg组和DU 5 mg组大鼠皮层SS阳性神经元染色较浅,阳性神经元数目与NS组比较均明显减少。海马结构各区DU 3 mg组和DU 5 mg组SS阳性神经元染色较浅,阳性神经元数目与NS组比较也明显减少。结论:贫铀污染能引起大鼠皮层和海马结构SS阳性神经元数目减少, 并可能通过此途径引起脑功能障碍。
Objective: To explore the changes of somatostatin positive neurons in cortex and hippocampus in rats instilled with depleted uranium particles. Methods: Rats were exposed to different doses of depleted uranium particles through intratracheal instillation. Three months later, morphologic changes and numbers of somatostatin positive cortical and hippocampal neurons were compared. Results: Depleted uranium groups were poorly painted in cortex, and their somatostatin positive cortical neurons were less than those of NS group (P〈0. 05). Compared with NS group, DU 3 mg and DU 5 mg group were poorly painted in hippocampus, while SS positive hippocampal neurons fell in the 2 groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Depleted uranium can significantly decrease the number of somatostatin positive neurons in cortex and hippocampus of rats, which may result in brain disability.
