摘要
目的:观察免疫介导的神经元损伤的发病机制。方法:利用猪的脊髓前角匀浆免疫Lewis大鼠,通过透射电镜对Lewis大鼠的脊髓前角运动神经元及突起进行观察。结果:Lewis大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元有不同程度的变性丢失,残存的神经元内可见大量异常的线粒体及神经丝的异常聚集、Golgi器及内质网扩张,基质水合过度或基质脱水,核及核仁相对正常。结论:免疫介导的神经元变性过程中,线粒体可能是抗体攻击的目标,导致细胞能量代谢障碍,继发神经元变性死亡。
Objective: To study the pathogenesis of immune-mediated motor neuron injury. Methods: Lewis rats were inoculated with fresh homogenate of porcine spinal cord anterior horn and the morphological features of spinal cord motoneurons and their processes were observed with transmission electron microscope. Results: Loss and degeneration of the ventral horn cell were found in the spinal cord. Abnormal mitochondria, densely accumulated intermediate filaments, enlarged Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum were found in the remained ventral horn cell of spinal cord. Hyperhydration and dehydration of cytoplasmic matrix were also noticed. Nucleus and nucleoli were normal. Conclusion: In the course of immune-mediated motor neuron degeneration, antibody may target the mitochondrion, leading to decrease of energy and motoneuron degeneration.
