摘要
目的:探讨翼腭窝CT三维重建的临床应用价值。方法:用4层MSCT机对5个成人头颅标本进行螺旋扫描,由工作站 (SGI O2),进行容积显示及多平面重建(MPR)。MPR图像上测量的数值与头颅标本解剖测量的数值进行配对检验。结果:翼腭窝各部分结构均能在不同三维重建图像中直观、清楚地显示。配对t检验得出MPR图像上测量值与头颅标本解剖所得的测量值无显著性差异。结论:三维CT能立体而直观地显示翼腭窝及其毗邻骨性结构,为临床治疗提供科学而客观的依据。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of 3D-CT reconstruction of the pterygopalatine fossa. Methods: Five cadavers' skull were scanned with Philips M× 8000 scanner in succession in axial plane, and the data were subjected to volume rendering (VR) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in M × View CT working station. Results: Pterygopalatine fossa structures were clearly and directly indicated at various VR (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: 3D-CT stereoscopically and directly document the structures of the pterygopalatine fossa, providing a basis for the clinical treatment.
