摘要
分析了当前国有林场管理体制面临的问题与改革的难点,赞同对国有林场进行分类治理,并把国有林场划分为产业型林场、兼业型林场和公益型林场三类,分别提出它们各自的治理对策。
With the establishment of socialist market economy,the state- owned forest farms can not meet the demand of situation development.This paper approves management of classification with state-owned forest farm by analysing the difficulties on forest farm.Different countermeasures in accor- dance with the type of the state-owned forest farms will be adopted.
