3mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除及折叠式人工晶状体植入术后的屈光状态分析

The analysis of refractive satus after 3 mm clear corneal incision phacoemulcification of cataract

目的观察3 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除及折叠式人工晶状体植入术后患者的屈光状态及其变化规律,确定最佳配镜时间。方法老年性白内障患者34例(41只眼)行3 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除及折叠式人工晶状体植入术后第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周、第3个月和第6个月行视力及显然验光检查,记录患者的视力、球镜、柱镜和散光轴,分别对结果行多因素方差分析。结果术后第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周、第3个月和第6个月的裸眼及矫正视力,球镜、柱镜度数及其散光轴的变化差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论3 mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除及折叠式人工晶状体植入术后1周屈光状态趋于稳定,即可配镜。

Objective To study the refractive status after 3 mm clear corneal incision phacoemulcification of cataract. To estimate the best postoperation time for vision correction. Methods Thirty four patients （41 eyes） accepted phacoemulcification with 3 mm incision and IOL implantation and were refracted at the week of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 3rd months post-operatively. The uncorrected and corrected visual acuity were examined, and the ocular axils were measured. Results The refractive status, including spherical errors, cylindric errors were stable and there was no changes of the ocular axils （ P 〉 0.05） after the 1st week. Conclusion The time to to refraction and to give the prescription could at or after 1 week post-surgery.
